Wheel Times, Inc. was created in the winter of 2011.  We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  The desire of our hearts is to make organized sports available to all people, regardless of physical limitations.  It is our hope to reach out to families in the Texas panhandle who are lacking the support and the joy of team sports due to physical disabilities.  It is also our goal to get able-bodied people involved by volunteering and giving of their time to assist in this project and program.
